Sport Specific Benefits

Speed determines whether you make the play on the field or beat out the throw. We will work to improve and refine proper movement techniques, foot speed, cutting ability and incorporate agility exercises to improve your overall speed.

Increase power at the plate
Power at the plate is what makes a hitter dangerous. We will work to develop rotational power, hand-eye coordination and the explosiveness to help you drive the ball farther and harder.

Gain agility and quickness
It takes agility and quickness to turn that double play, throw the runner out at second and be at the top of your game. Our program will work to improve you foot quickness, balance, agility, core and shoulder girdle strength to be able to make those plays with more range, quicker and more precise.
