Our training methods help to improve jumping technique, muscular power and recruitment for measureable improvements to your vertical jump reach.

Explosive power is greater than brute strength on the court. It is this explosive power that allows you to go to the basket stronger, pull down a rebound or box a player out on the low post. Our program will work to improve this power through improved muscle recruitment rather than the traditional weight room mentality of "size equals strength." You will get stronger and more powerful through muscular recruitment rather than increasing muscle size.
